• Strong experience in IT/technology project management with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one area: IT Strategy & Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation & FinOps, or Generative & Agentic AI at scale.
• Passion for digital transformation and emerging technologies with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive, reliable, and learning-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong academic background in business, technology, or information systems.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Additional assets: project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) and German or French language skills.
• Experience in industry-specific environments such as Financial Services and exposure to IT cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

• Work on high-impact projects to help clients shape the future of their IT and technology organizations.
• Advise senior management of international clients on IT Strategy, Operating Model & Performance, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Business Transformation, and scaling Generative and Agentic AI.
• Identify innovative strategies and optimize IT processes and technology landscapes.
• Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients' digital agendas.
• Contribute to strengthening clients' business strategies through IT concepts and target operating models.
