• Experience with ServiceNow (2+ years preferred) in technical or functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and platform governance.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, or advanced integrations.
• Good command of German or other foreign languages.

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Ensure platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Document designs, configurations, and testing plans.
