Wymagania
- At least 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
- Basic scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting using Bash, PowerShell, Python
- Good command of English
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and infrastructure
