BI Developer

At Link Group, we specialize in building tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and some of the world's most exciting startups. The project involves designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to help organizations analyze and visualize key business data within the finance/stock exchange industry.

• At least 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Experience with data warehousing and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as SSIS, or Apache Airflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of cloud-based BI solutions (AWS QuickSight, Google Looker).
• Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Certification in BI tools or cloud platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into BI platforms.
• Optimize database queries and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data models.
• Implement data visualization best practices for clear and actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in BI environments.
