Junior Product Owner

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product optimization, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Basic understanding of agile development processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative team player suitable for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in business, technology, or related field is preferred.

Nice to have:

• Experience with A/B testing or user feedback tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance monitoring tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for product optimization and improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product roadmaps and strategies.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Communicate effectively with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements.
