Senior SAP BW/HANA Developer

We are seeking a talented SAP BW/HANA Developer to join our team at a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing and high-tech innovation.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and HANA development
• Experience with SAP BW development: InfoObjects, DataSources, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
• Experience in SAP HANA native modeling: Calculation Views, Procedures, CDS Views, and SQLScript
• ETL and data pipeline design in SAP environments (BW or HANA)
• Expertise in integrating SAP systems like ECC and S/4HANA with third-party tools
• Database optimization and performance tuning skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Web IDE for SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA environments
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ADO)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid foundation in backend and ETL development with SAP systems
• Solid knowledge of ABAP programming language for BW activities (extractors development, code optimizations)
• Proven ability to optimize large-scale datasets and workflows
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Agile environments
• Manufacturing or engineering domain experience is a plus (e.g., quality assurance, supply chain analytics)

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW solutions, including InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
• Create SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript for backend data processing and aggregation
• Build scalable data architectures and workflows to support analytics and operational reporting
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems)
• Collaborate with frontend teams to enable interactive dashboards and real-time reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other visual tools (e.g., Spotfire)
• Ensure high data quality and resolve discrepancies by monitoring data flows and troubleshooting
• Optimize data processing performance and scalability for large datasets and complex workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and solution architects, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Work within Agile (SAFe) environments, participating in sprints, planning, and retrospectives
