Wymagania
- Practical experience managing teams as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development.
- Knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Professional certifications such as PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI, or PRINCE2.
- Understanding of the software development cycle.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German language skills are a must.
Obowiązki
- Act as a leader and role model supporting the team and Product Owner.
- Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements.
- Remove barriers and ensure adherence to defined scrum ceremonies.
- Identify team needs and provide necessary support.
- Keep stakeholders engaged, communicate progress, and manage expectations regarding delivery and potential risks/issues.
- Support AI and GenAI initiatives.
