R2R Specialist

• At least 3 years of previous experience in R2R.
• Solid knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations, including Statistical Reports, Statutory Reporting, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Fluent level of English.
• Accounting process knowledge.
• Multitasking ability and work organization according to procedures.
• Deep knowledge of the process, policies, and desktop procedures within their engagement.

• Prepare and process GL journals, accruals, provisions, allocations, and fixed asset entries.
• Handle non-standard accounting events in line with policies and accounting manuals.
• Perform daily bank statement processing and reconcile bank and intercompany accounts.
• Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial, management, and treasury reporting data.
• Support tax and statutory reporting.
• Perform and monitor financial controls.
