Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, Endevor, DB2, IMS, and CICS.
- Deep substantive knowledge in card payment systems.
- Practical experience integrating with external systems (e.g., those based on Java).
- Willingness to share knowledge and support team skill development.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAFe / Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and familiarity with system lifecycle (SDLC).
