Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Conversational AI development, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong skills in building custom connectors and actions within Power Platform or Logic Apps.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure AI Foundry, AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel).
• Solid understanding of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Experience connecting enterprise data via Microsoft Graph or similar connectors.
• Proven track record in delivering secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Leadership experience in designing generative AI solutions including scoping and client engagement.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and responsible AI engineering.
• Awareness of AI-driven transformation and automation opportunities within enterprises.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, reasoning engines, and autonomous agent design.

Nice to have:

• Python skills for programmatic Copilot Studio interaction (e.g., Semantic Kernel).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID for secure integrations.
• Experience with rapid prototyping of agentic and generative AI.
• Understanding of AI safety frameworks.
• Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other major enterprise systems integrations.

• Take full ownership of the AI agent development lifecycle from concept, design, integration, deployment to optimization.
• Build and maintain custom connectors for external APIs and data sources.
• Develop advanced conversational capabilities powered by large language models.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed AI agents.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-platform integrations and AI-driven automation initiatives.
