Tech Product Manager with AI

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles.
• Strong technical understanding of Generative AI / LLM solutions, multi-component architectures, AI agents, vector databases, and data flows, even without direct programming.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including proactive communication, influence, and maintaining alignment with demanding business partners.
• Documented experience coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.

• Full responsibility for the lifecycle of multiple AI/LLM use cases, from requirements gathering through POC to delivery of MVP.
• Active and regular collaboration with business stakeholders including organizing meetings, demos, and progress reporting.
• Gathering and documenting requirements including standard requirement documentation and business architecture documentation covering data sources, transformations, AI steps, and results.
• Coordination with developers, architects, designers, and data teams to ensure requirements are translated into working solutions.
• Managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication of scope, schedules, and readiness for deployment.
• Supervising multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to priorities and efficiency.
• Supporting operational readiness including basic support, knowledge transfer, and communication until formal support models are established.
