Wymagania

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC on-premise) configuration and support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, especially payroll and time management
  • Experience in at least one full SAP HR implementation project
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation, integration, or data migration) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of HR authorizations, system security, and data privacy requirements
  • Experience with SAP HCM integration (FI/CO, PP/PE, MM)
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools (SAP Query, ABAP reports)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Fluent English

Obowiązki

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
  • Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR master data
  • Provide daily system support and resolve technical issues
  • Support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and HR reporting improvements
  • Prepare system documentation and user guidelines
  • Train and support HR Business Partners and end users
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors migration roadmap
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT teams, and external partners
