Wymagania
- Robust consulting background or business/corporate experience in HR (IT) Transformation, HR Cloud Advisory, and Hire-to-Retire HXM Technologies
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
- Experienced in stakeholder management, executive-level facilitation, and leading transformation/change initiatives
- Deep understanding of core consulting capabilities including delivery excellence, pre-sales/proposal shaping, and coaching junior teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in official country language(s) and English (C2 proficiency)
- Domain expertise in HR employee lifecycle H2R, HR process design, formal process documentation, and detailed process maps
- Ability to translate employee experience needs into business requirements for digital and AI-empowered HR platforms
- Knowledge and experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and HR Ticketing/Workflow Management Tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes
- In-depth knowledge and ability to design and optimize HR Operating Models
- Ability to conduct HR & HR IT workshops and create recommendation reports, thought leadership, and transformation roadmaps
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants
- Experience developing proposals and offerings for internal or external clients
- Contribution to practice development including go-to-market strategies
- Proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (5-6 years for senior consultants, 8-10 years for principals)
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices
- Experience with key HCM platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD
- Knowledge of latest HR tech trends, NextGen HR, AI/GenAI in HR, skills intelligence, and future workforce design
- HR product and cloud module knowledge in areas like Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture Design & Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll
- Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Relevant certifications in HCM platforms preferred

- End-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes through reimagined design experience and latest technology
- Manage large cloud HCM transformations for global and complex organizations across multiple countries and modules
- Design HR IT landscape, conduct HR cloud vendor selection, readiness assessment, and operations & support model design
- Deliver HR Target Operating Model (TOM) and experience-driven HR process design including AI accelerators
- Provide HR cloud-based workforce transformation advisory including talent marketplace solutioning and skill-based organization initiatives
- Facilitate HR workshops and craft insightful presentations with actionable recommendations
- Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities including service offerings, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead teams fostering continuous learning and growth
