• Strong experience in AI/LLM development, including agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and MCP-based architectures.
• Practical experience building front-end or experience layers for AI agents (e.g., CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or related solutions).
• Experience running and managing AI workloads on AWS or Azure platforms.
• Proficiency in SAP technical development, including OData services, Function Modules, CDS views, SAP data models and structures, Eclipse ABAP Development Tools (ADT), RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), and API publishing using OData V4.
• Practical knowledge of SAP Basis and managed services environments.
• Familiarity with SAP incident management processes and integration with tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and readiness to work at the intersection of AI, cloud, and SAP.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building AI solutions dedicated to SAP Managed Services or corporate operations.
• Knowledge of AI applications in diagnostics, monitoring, and forensic use cases within SAP environments.
• Experience in secure AI deployment and enterprise governance models.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

• Design and develop AI agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to support use cases in SAP environments.
• Build and enhance AI agent experience layers using tools like CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or equivalent frameworks.
• Enable and support cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) for deploying AI agents, ensuring scalability and secure operations.
• Create AI development resources and MCP-based integrations to support the AI software development lifecycle (AI SDLC) for SAP, including automation tools and frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with SAP using OData services, Function Modules, and CDS views.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis teams on system connectivity, transports, performance, and access management.
• Work with SAP data structures to enable accurate context retrieval, analysis, and automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with SAP incident and ticketing processes (e.g., ServiceNow) to support diagnostics, triage, and problem resolution.
• Work closely with Technical Product Managers, SAP functional teams, and managed services stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
