Siebel IT Operations Specialist

The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands and public organizations implement business-focused digital capabilities and innovations with a "Customer-First" approach. Projects include maintaining the CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back-office systems, focusing on environment stabilization, development, optimization of operational processes, and automation of monitoring and deployments.

• Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support).
• Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SOA/OSB.

• Monitoring and maintaining Siebel CRM environments.
• Incident analysis, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments.
• Supporting business users and project teams.
• Working with SQL, logs and monitoring tools.
• Collaboration on integrations (SOA/ESB).
• Creating operational and technical documentation.
