Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as PMO, PMO Manager, or coordinating large projects.
  • Experience in projects related to procurement processes and systems.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level enabling smooth cooperation internationally.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.

Obowiązki

  • Coordinate comprehensive project activities in the procurement area.
  • Ensure consistency of schedules, scope, and dependencies between teams in different regions.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Monitor milestone completion and proactively escalate risks and delays.
  • Facilitate communication between procurement, solution, and business teams.
  • Organize operational committees, workshops, and project meetings including agenda preparation and summaries.
  • Monitor change requests, tests, and issue resolution processes in procurement modules.
  • Prepare process documentation and process maps.
