Wymagania
- Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Experience in PMO or IT project environments.
- Experience in monitoring and controlling IT project budgets.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Practical experience working with Jira (reporting, project tracking).
- English proficiency in writing at B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Coordination of the financial planning process in accordance with the rules and procedures defined within the Project Portfolio.
- Coordination of the financial forecasting process.
- Ongoing monitoring of expenses and resource engagement at the Department, program and project levels, including analysis of variances against financial plans and forecasts (OPEX, CAPEX, depreciation).
- Support in the registration process of Construction in Progress / Work in Progress investments (cooperation with accounting and tax teams).
- Ongoing monitoring of the level of Construction in Progress and coordination of the depreciation start for intangible assets (WNiP).
- Monitoring of operational cost provisions within the Department.
- Support in the classification of expenses (OPEX/CAPEX) in line with accounting and tax guidelines.
- Ongoing support of the financial settlement process, including review and approval of purchase orders.
- Handling of financial document workflows, mainly VAT invoices.
- Financial support for the Department in the analysis of expenses against contracts and purchase orders.
- Verification of financial requirements at the closure of projects and initiatives (including support in starting depreciation and completing data at project gates).
- Approval of purchase requisitions in systems supporting the procurement process.
- Budget management in tools supporting financial planning and forecasting at the Department level.
- Support in preparing data for audits and inspections by supervisory authorities.
- Control of data quality in financial reporting and accounting systems related to the Department.
