Wymagania

  • 5–10 years of experience in transition or program management roles.
  • Proven experience managing SSC / GBS transitions.
  • Experience transitioning Customer Service or Sales Support functions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, process-driven approach to project delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong delivery focus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Obowiązki

  • Lead end-to-end transition activities within SSC / GBS environments.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across client organizations and internal delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute transition plans, including timelines, governance structures, and reporting.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure operational readiness.
  • Support post-transition stabilization and handover to operations teams.
  • Travel to client sites across Europe when required.
