The Engineering & Operations team handles recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions in industries including automotive, machinery, production, electronics, household appliances, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, real estate, and energy, with a focus on renewable energy (OZE).

Wymagania

Good knowledge of at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, or energy.
Experience in B2B service sales and negotiation with B2B clients.
Experience in 360 and end-to-end recruitment.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Obowiązki

As a Consultant in the Engineering & Operations team:

Search, identify, and contact candidates suitable for recruitment.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates in Polish and English.
Develop business by actively acquiring clients (recruitment projects) and negotiate commercial terms and rates.
Advise and support candidates during the recruitment process.
Become an expert in the field and receive high placement bonuses.
