• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering or AI.
• Experience in creating AI-based automation systems (agentic AI).
• Skills in designing and developing AI agents using prompt engineering.
• Very good knowledge of Python and integration with AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain.
• Experience in testing and optimizing AI systems.
• Ability to work with data, including collecting, cleaning, and preparing voice data.
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria and collaborating with product teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in optimizing AI system performance.
• Development of testing methods dedicated to agent systems.

• Designing, developing, and optimizing AI-based systems using large language models (LLM).
• Creating solutions that automate business processes using AI agents.
• Designing and developing AI agents using prompt engineering.
• Integrating AI tools and frameworks in software solutions.
• Testing, validating, and optimizing agent systems.
• Collecting, cleaning, and preparing voice data, e.g., from call center conversations, for use in AI models.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria.
• Ensuring high quality, effectiveness, and usability of implemented solutions.
