Account Executive 8.000 - 10.000 zł net + VAT (B2B) + commission

Survicate is a customer feedback platform helping companies capture, analyze and act on insights that drive growth. The role is part of a small, high-performing sales team with a hybrid go-to-market model, focusing on sales-assisted motion handling larger, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal reviews, and custom requirements.

• 2-4 years experience selling subscription-based B2B SaaS software
• Experience handling inbound leads and building own pipeline
• Ability to navigate deals with multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal reviews
• Self-starter who identifies and acts on missing tasks without waiting for direction
• Confident in connecting with prospects via Zoom, LinkedIn, or face-to-face
• Curious and keeps up with industry best practices and trends
• Consistent, organized, and delivers high-quality work
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn tools quickly and explain product integration within customer tech stacks

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, demo, negotiations, to closing
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers, legal/procurement steps, and technical requirements
• Maintain healthy, predictable pipeline coverage aligned with targets; proactively fill gaps with outbound outreach when inbound volume slows
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to share field insights and shape messaging
• Represent Survicate at conferences and industry events, including demos, networking, and closing deals, with occasional travel mostly within Europe
