Architect (System/Solution Architect):

• Deep technical expertise in complex architecture design.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience selecting technology stacks and overseeing code standards.

Product Owner (PO):

• Expertise in backlog management techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to define and measure product success with KPIs.

Scrum Master (SM):

• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to remove impediments and protect the team.
• Experience coaching teams and organizations on Agile principles.

Project Manager (PM):

• Documented success managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and report to leadership.

Architect (System/Solution Architect):

• Focus on Technical Strategy & Design.
• Design complex architectures such as microservices and cloud-native solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions.
• Select technology stacks and oversee code standards.

Product Owner (PO):

• Focus on Product Vision & Value Maximization.
• Manage backlog using prioritization, refinement, and forecasting techniques.
• Bridge communication between stakeholders and development team.
• Define and measure product success using key metrics (KPIs).

Scrum Master (SM):

• Focus on Process Facilitation & Team Coaching.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and/or other Agile methodologies like Kanban.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
• Coach teams, leaders, and organization on Agile values and principles.

Project Manager (PM):

• Focus on Delivery Management & Scope Control.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Proficient in planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and report progress to senior leadership.
