Wymagania

  • Advanced English and German.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce administration, benefits, rewards, and compensation.
  • Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • HR systems experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Positive team player; mentoring or team-lead experience is a plus.
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree required.

Obowiązki

  • Process payroll and HR data accurately and on time.
  • Handle client queries via phone, chat and email.
  • Administer HR processes (workforce admin, Compensation & Benefits, documentation, lifecycle changes).
  • Provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Keep process documentation up to date.
  • Resolve errors and escalations promptly.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Support knowledge sharing and process improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members.
