Wymagania
- Advanced English and German.
- Strong knowledge of workforce administration, benefits, rewards, and compensation.
- Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- HR systems experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 4–6 years of HR experience preferred.
- Positive team player; mentoring or team-lead experience is a plus.
- Graduate or post-graduate degree required.
Obowiązki
- Process payroll and HR data accurately and on time.
- Handle client queries via phone, chat and email.
- Administer HR processes (workforce admin, Compensation & Benefits, documentation, lifecycle changes).
- Provide guidance on HR policies.
- Keep process documentation up to date.
- Resolve errors and escalations promptly.
- Cooperate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Support knowledge sharing and process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
