• Experience in migrations to SAP SuccessFactors and very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of ADP or ability to quickly adapt to the old system for data migration.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law.

• Analyze the migration process and identify bottlenecks.
• Support testing and system corrections from the perspective of a Super User.
• Provide functional support for the transition process to SAP SuccessFactors.
