• Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE solutions, including Lead/Architect level experience.
• Proficiency in programming using C# and TypeScript.
• Practical skills in designing complex IT systems for large organizational structures.
• Experience with CI/CD and system integrations using Azure cloud.
• Very good command of English enabling fluent daily communication.
• Proactivity and willingness to continuously expand technological competencies.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance sector.

• Creating and supervising the technical architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
• Making key design decisions based on the analysis of the client's business needs.
• Managing the full software lifecycle and ensuring the quality and performance of delivered code.
• Designing data flows, migration processes, and integrations in the Azure environment.
• Providing substantive support to the technical team and overseeing programming tasks.
• Collaborating in an international environment on building modern Contact Center tools.
