• Minimum 2–4 years of commercial experience using Python.
• Commercial experience in AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation projects.
• Practical knowledge of popular Python libraries used in AI and ML such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Ability to create and develop REST APIs.
• Knowledge of data processing and preparation for models.
• Commercial experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Docker and basic understanding of container deployment and environments.
• Ability to collaborate in project environments and communicate with various technical teams.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with large language models.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, RAG, or vector databases.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Basic knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Higher technical education or equivalent commercial experience.

• Creating, developing, and maintaining Python-based solutions in AI and Machine Learning projects.
• Co-creating and developing backend components supporting AI models and integrations with external systems.
• Participating in designing and implementing solutions using ML and LLM models according to business needs.
• Preparing and processing data for building, training, and optimizing models.
• Collaborating with product, analytics, data, and DevOps teams to deploy solutions in production environments.
• Monitoring model quality and developing automation and optimization processes for pipelines.
• Creating and developing APIs and services supporting modern AI-based solutions.
