Principal Software Engineer

The role is for a client project in the USA in the Sightline area, at the Senior Manager / Principal level, combining technical expertise with strategic technology decisions and product development, especially in AI.

• Experience at Principal / Senior Manager level.
• Very good knowledge of .NET and Azure environment.
• Experience working with AI / GenAI.
• Experience in large organizations (e.g., consulting, global corporations).
• Ability to work in complex organizational structures.
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Openness, proactivity, and a partnership approach.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
