ServiceNow Administrator (ITSM, Platform Administration)

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML).
• Analytical problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Confident communication in English (C1) and ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
• ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities to support business needs.
• Handle operational support processes, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful platform improvements.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain version alignment across environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
