System Analyst

• Experience as system analyst for 5 years or system architect
• Experience with API, data products, ETL, Power BI development hands-on
• Experience with banking data and credit product

Documentation:

• Experience in creating High and Lower Design documents

API & Integration:

• Comprehensive understanding of REST API principles, including design patterns, best practices, and implementation
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable REST APIs

Data & Analysis:

• Proficiency in creating logical and physical data models, understanding entity relationships
• Understanding of data quality standards, data lineage, compliance requirements, and data governance frameworks
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data integration, and data architecture principles

Business Analysis & Documentation:

• Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) expertise for process mapping and workflow documentation
• Unified Modeling Language (UML) proficiency for system design and documentation

Development:

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
• Experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboards
• Python programming
• ETL development experience

Other:

• Technical documentation abilities

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ALL listed technical skills including REST API design, data modelling, BPMN, UML, Gherkin, SDLC, GitHub, and data governance principles. Quality Assurance Expectation: Only candidates who have been verified to possess the required competencies should be presented for consideration. Failure to properly pre-screen candidates will result in:

• Immediate rejection of unqualified candidates
• The vendor will not be invited to submit candidates for this manager’s future CPro requests (for this or other roles). This requirement is implemented to ensure efficient use of recruitment time and maintain the quality standards expected for this role.
