• Experience in data operations, data quality, data governance, or compliance data.
• Experience leading or coordinating analytical, technical, or operational teams.
• Knowledge of data quality control processes and data governance principles.
• Ability to analyze root causes of problems and conduct escalations.
• Experience in process standardization and documentation creation.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of environments based on automation, system alerts, or AI.
• Ability to translate data, alerts, and technical information into clear business language.
• Very good organization and independence.

Nice to have:

• Experience in compliance, financial, tax, audit, or regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of workflow, data quality, data controls, or similar platforms.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Sightline, Data Controls Engine, or similar.

• Manage data quality, consistency, and governance in compliance processes.
• Oversee data validation and certification at various project stages.
• Coordinate tasks of the Data Analysts team and support their development.
• Define and improve standard processes for data intake, verification, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve complex data issues.
• Conduct escalation in case of systemic or quality risks.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and audit trails.
• Supervise automatic and AI-driven data quality controls.
• Ensure data transparency from source to final compliance result.
• Collaborate with delivery, client management, and data platform teams.
• Prepare insights and reports on data quality, process throughput, and automation efficiency.
• Develop playbooks, standards, and materials supporting the team.
