Senior Databricks & GenAI Engineer

• Commercial experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Scala.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of open-source ecosystem used in modern data platforms.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English language.

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines in the Databricks environment.
• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions supporting automation of technological processes.
• Integrate data platforms with AI tools and systems used by project teams.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data workflows.
• Participate in architectural decisions and define best practices in Data Engineering.
• Execute end-to-end processes from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, and business teams to implement new solutions.
