MLOps Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or Software Engineering, including working with ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm, Ingress).
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Azure ML, AKS, ACR), or AWS/GCP with readiness to quickly adopt Azure.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) tailored for ML.
• Proficient in Python and scripting (Bash/Shell).
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or native cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible).
• Higher technical education (computer science or related fields).
• Ability to provide services from Poland and readiness for hybrid work (1 day per week in the office).

• Design, build, and maintain an AI/MLOps platform in a hybrid environment (cloud + on-premise).
• Create scalable infrastructure for training and serving models using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and AKS.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML solutions including automated tests, data and model versioning, and continuous training.
• Containerize and orchestrate AI/GenAI model images using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement monitoring and observability including logging, alerting, and monitoring models for data drift, model drift, and prediction quality.
• Support AI Act initiatives: model auditability, data lineage, security, access control, and encryption.
• Optimize costs and performance: scale infrastructure, manage Azure resources, and improve inference time.
• Collaborate with Data Science, IT Operations, Security, and business teams.

Candidates must provide services from the territory of Poland and be ready to work in a hybrid model (1 day per week in the office).
