Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI, Cloud-native, On-prem)

• Technical degree with a solid foundation in software engineering.
• Experience building applications or integrating AI/LLM services such as Azure OpenAI/OpenAI API or open-source models.
• Hands-on development in Python or Java/TypeScript/.NET with experience in building APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector search technologies (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions); container experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and cost control in Generative AI.
• Fluent in English at B2 level or above.

Nice to have:

• Experience running workshops and mentoring others.

• Design and build GenAI applications using large language models and cloud/on-premises services.
• Implement RAG patterns, vector search, and prompt orchestration.
• Integrate with client systems (APIs, events/queues) and automate CI/CD using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
• Enable AI-assisted engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot); conduct code reviews for quality, security, and prompt patterns.
• Lead workshops and proofs of concept, progressing solutions to MVP and scaling in production.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data/ML, and Security/Compliance teams to ensure quality, performance, and security.
• Document solutions and share knowledge through mentoring and playbooks.
