GCP Native Engineering Lead

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software/cloud engineering, including at least 5 years working with GCP.
• Very good knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL/Spanner, Dataflow, Anthos.
• Experience in cloud-native architecture: microservices, event-driven, serverless, containerization.
• Experience with AI/ML on GCP (Vertex AI, GenAI, MLOps).
• Experience leading teams (minimum 5 people) in client projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps: CI/CD, Terraform (IaC), monitoring, security-by-design.
• Experience working with clients (stakeholder management, pre-sales).
• Very good communication skills (technical and business).
• Google Cloud certification (Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Developer).

• Multi-cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
• Data engineering.
• Participation in offering/pre-sales.
• Additional GCP certifications.

• Leading engineering teams in GCP projects.
• Defining architecture and technical direction of solutions.
• Participating in the entire project lifecycle: design, development, deployment.
• Collaborating with clients and participating in technical workshops.
• Supporting pre-sales and providing technological consulting.
• Ensuring quality of solutions including DevOps, security, and scalability.
