Enterprise Architect f/m

The position is for an experienced Enterprise Architect to work on-site in Belgium within the e-government industry. The role involves collaboration with a major client's IT team and the client's development team.

• University degree in IT combined with 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
• Proven ability to create detailed intake service analysis and design High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) to define system architecture and technical specifications.
• Relevant work experience in the design, implementation, monitoring, and management of cloud application hosting infrastructures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible proxy configuration and maintenance (OpenVPN, HAProxy, or Nginx).
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and DevSecOps tools, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus, and JIRA.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management processes and procedures.
• Experience in application observability, including monitoring policies, alerting, trending, and performance analysis.
• Required certifications: Red Hat Linux, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, ITIL V3 Foundation, and TOGAF 9 Certified - The Open Group.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Contribute to the definition, development, and improvement of all architecture-related processes and documentation, including architecture principles, frameworks, processes, templates, and artifacts.
• Assist in creating and implementing a DevSecOps transformation vision along with a multi-year implementation plan.
• Deliver quality and detailed documentation for implemented services, covering Installation and Configuration Guides, Operational Procedures, and other mandatory service-related documentation.
• Perform knowledge transfer, service handover to operations, and provide assistance with the rollout of new ICT platform projects.
