Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in Golang, with a profound grasp of the language and its best practices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in database design and SQL.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems.
- Expertise in Git for version control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Aptitude to work both independently and as a team member.
- B2 English proficiency.
- Work permit in Poland.
Obowiązki
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Golang.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to define and roll out new features.
- Optimize and maintain current systems for best performance and scalability.
- Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code.
- Engage in code reviews, providing and welcoming feedback.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and sustain backend infrastructure.
