DevOps Engineer

Aristocrat is an Australia-based entertainment and content-creation company delivering mobile and casino games globally. It has over 7,300 employees and operates three business units: Aristocrat Gaming (land-based gaming), Product Madness (social casino), and Aristocrat Interactive (regulated online real-money gaming). Aristocrat Interactive was formed in 2024 by merging Anaxi and NeoGames businesses and leads in content and technology solutions for online real-money gaming, including iLottery, iGaming, and online sports betting.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or DevOps course/boot-camp graduate, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and concepts.
• Experience with tools for tracking and logging.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Build, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) following GitOps methodologies for infrastructure and application manifests.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily in Azure (AKS), ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
• Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Thanos) to ensure availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment speed.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to safeguard infrastructure.
• Work with diverse groups to identify and fix technical problems.
• Stay informed about industry protocols, innovations, and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.

• Depending on the role, registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions may be required.
• Role subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals, including criminal background check, fingerprints, and licenses or registrations with gaming regulatory authorities.
