Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center

The Generative AI Innovation Center helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. The team consists of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects working step-by-step with customers to build bespoke solutions harnessing generative AI.

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies
• Experience managing projects with 6+ resources, 5+ months duration, or $200k+ contract value
• Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
• PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms
• Experience in technology consulting or professional services
• Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG)
• Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences
• AWS certification

• Lead GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives
• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes
• Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models, Amazon Bedrock, and custom LLM solutions
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts, solutions architects, and developers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the GenAI space
