Support/Senior IT Analyst Software Lifecycle

• Great skills within Software Asset Lifecycle Management and understanding of software lifecycle activities
• Can Do-attitude/self drive with great social skills within the team and towards stakeholders and application owners
• Good knowledge about technology (software and hardware)
• Knowledge about architecture, software processes, and governance
• Experience working with tools such as FlexeraOne or similar
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Excel for reporting purposes
• Professional level English in both oral and written communication
• Solid cooperation skills

Nice to have:

• Competences in Flexera tools such as FlexNetManagerSuite, DataPlatform, or FlexeraOne modules “ITAM” and “ITV”
• Software Assets and lifecycle management
• Great social skills both within the team and towards stakeholders and application owners

• Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience for the Service Areas by enabling the Software Lifecycle data for the customer
• Investigate and support cases where Service Areas need help understanding the impact of obsolete software and how to mitigate it
• Participate in audits related to the Software Lifecycle area

Location: Gdansk, Gdynia or Warsaw. 3 days work from office.
