• Customer and stakeholder focus with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional IT and global/local IT teams
• Strong analytical skills and excellent documentation abilities
• Operational effectiveness delivering solutions aligned to approved design patterns and security, risk, and regulatory standards
• Understanding of cryptography and its practical applications
• A track record of continuously looking for ways to improve processes and the drive to implement change effectively
• Genuine interest in and willingness to develop further in the field of cryptography
