Business/System Analyst

The project focuses on developing software systems supporting HVAC and energy management solutions used in residential and commercial environments. The systems integrate multiple internal services and applications responsible for processing operational and device-related data. Business and technical requirements are translated into system specifications used by development teams working in an agile environment. The role combines business analysis, systems understanding and close collaboration with engineering teams responsible for delivering software and integration solutions.

• Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams during backlog refinement
• Support delivery teams in clarifying requirements and removing blockers
• Maintain system and project documentation related to integrations and software changes
