• Excellent programming skills in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with frontend test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in testing distributed microservices in an agile team.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and configuration.
• Strong understanding of BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development).

• Define and implement testing strategies across our products.
• Collaborate with teams to constantly improve testing strategies for both new and existing products.
• Develop clean, elegant, and reusable code to build efficient test systems.
• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks to deliver value at pace.
• Support software engineers as a subject matter expert and help them test their solutions effectively.
• Drive the vision and direction of the testing chapter to uphold high standards of technology and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure product quality aligns with customer needs.
