Analytics Engineer (Semantic Layer)

• Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer, especially in business data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of dbt and experience with semantic layers (knowledge of LookML/Looker or Cube is a plus).
• Expert knowledge of SQL and experience optimizing queries in BigQuery.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow.
• Practical knowledge of version control (Git) and implementing data contracts in data architecture.
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical data modeling.

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing the semantic layer to unify business definitions within the organization.
• Building clean, efficient, and mapped data models supporting advanced reporting and BI tools.
• Implementing and maintaining data governance standards, with emphasis on data quality and data contracts.
• Preparing data structures and pipelines for integration with AI-ready analytics systems.
• Orchestrating and automating data transformation processes.
