Google Workspace Engineer

The role is for a Google Workspace Engineer to join projects related to administration, development, and security of Google Workspace environments for enterprise clients.

• Experience in administration of Google Workspace environments
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console
• Practical experience with GAM or GAMADV-XTD3 tools
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SSO, SAML, OAuth
• Experience with Google Vault, retention policies, and security
• Basic or good knowledge of Google Apps Script
• Experience with integrations involving Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of MDM and device management
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and propose solutions
• Independence, responsibility, and good organization of work
• Communication skills and readiness to cooperate with enterprise clients

Nice to have:

• Experience in migration projects to Google Workspace
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices
• Experience in international environments
• Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications

• Administration and development of Google Workspace environments for enterprise clients
• Configuration and maintenance of Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, Vault
• Management of user accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies
• Support for data, user, and service migrations to Google Workspace
• Configuration and operation of SSO/SAML, OAuth, and identity system integrations
• Collaboration with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID solutions
• Automation of administrative tasks using GAM/GAMADV-XTD3 and Google Apps Script
• Configuration and maintenance of security, retention policies, and eDiscovery using Google Vault
• Support for MDM and device management
• Analysis of technical issues and recommendation of improvements
• Preparation of technical and administrative documentation
• Cooperation with IT teams, security, and business clients
