Lead Data Governance Consultant (AI | Iot)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles related to Data Governance, security, or data risk
• Practical experience designing operational models in complex organizations
• Knowledge of access control and data quality management
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Diplomatic skills to balance security and business speed

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data cataloging tools (Data Catalog, Lineage)
• Experience with Zero Trust models
• Experience with atypical data types such as telemetry, video, synthetic data

• Conduct consulting in IT with a focus on Data Governance, security, and data risk
• Design operational models in complex organizations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including developers, legal, and risk departments
• Balance security rigor with business agility
