Wymagania

  • Student status required
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS configuration and troubleshooting
  • Basic operational knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to install and configure software on computers
  • Understanding of LAN (TCP/IP) networks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware structure and operation
  • High personal culture and openness to assist users
  • Willingness to learn and acquire technical knowledge
  • English language proficiency allowing fluent communication (minimum B2)

Obowiązki

  • Manage computer hardware and peripheral devices including configuration, shipping, and inventory
  • Support new user onboarding with initial setup and login assistance
  • Receive and diagnose support requests, escalating to L2 when necessary
  • Provide ongoing support to on-site and remote employees for application, system, and login issues
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Maintain office infrastructure such as printers, WiFi, room reservation systems, AV systems, and access control
  • Perform minor hardware repairs and component replacements

Oferta

  • Salary 6,400–6,700 PLN gross per month (Mandate Contract)
  • Mandate contract with flexible working hours (100%)
  • No remote work option
