Wymagania
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Dutch.
- Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation, and training.
- Ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
- CRM knowledge.
Obowiązki
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
- Utilize knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
