• Communicative English at B2 level or higher.
• Extensive experience building scalable applications, ideally with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP; SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Deep experience in modular monolith and layered architecture.
• Strong focus on framework-agnostic development with clean, maintainable code.
• Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and robust testing strategies.
• Proactive, energetic, and driven to tackle tough challenges.
• Ability to think beyond implementation to shape solutions and collaborate across functions.

• Use PHP 8.4, Laravel 11, and PostgreSQL for development.
• Minimize meetings to focus on building software.
• Work flexible hours to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate in a team environment with experienced colleagues.
• Commit to improving the codebase, reducing legacy code, and adding tests.
