Wymagania

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for Insurance, preferably in P&C lines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance carriers' operations and core business processes.
  • Experience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions as PM, Team Lead, and/or Lead BA.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and defending company interests.
  • Proven ability to apply delivery methodology, plan and control teams, and manage risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build well-performing teams, resolve issues, and act as a role model.
  • Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems using economy-of-effort principles.
  • Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
  • Great command of English language, at least C1 level.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Business Processes, Analysis, Insurance Industry, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
  • Language skills in French and Polish at advanced level.

Obowiązki

  • Lead IT implementation or advisory projects for Insurance, combining consulting toolkit with project management capabilities and deep understanding of insurance business processes and models.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to formal closure, managing timelines, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Supervise and support business analysis and solution design by facilitating client workshops and driving communication.
  • Act as a team leader for small, agile, cross-functional delivery teams, supporting junior team members' growth.
  • Build relations with key client stakeholders based on substantive industry knowledge and act as a trustworthy advisor.
  • Lead or support B2B business development efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling services.
  • Coordinate preparation and presentation of proposals for clients’ decision makers.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, managing expectations and needs even in challenging situations.
