Pega Technical Architect

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company operates globally with a presence in Poland and covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Several years of experience in projects based on the Pega platform, preferably in corporate and large organization environments.
• Possession of Pega SSA or LSA certification.
• Ability to independently design solutions and make technical decisions in application architecture.
• Practical knowledge of business process construction, data modeling, and user interface creation in Pega.
• Experience integrating applications with external systems and working with REST and SOAP services.
• Understanding of good design practices and attention to solution quality.
• Ability to collaborate with international project teams.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• 6 years of experience in a similar position.

• Designing and developing solutions based on the Pega platform.
• Creating and optimizing business processes and workflows.
• Building integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Collaborating with analysts, architects, testers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participating in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensuring code quality and compliance with Pega platform best practices and standards.
• Providing substantive support to less experienced team members.
• Participating in defining solution architecture and making key technical decisions.
